Please note: when choosing a size, please be aware that I cut the elastic UNSTRETCHED at the length you purchase. I then overlap each end by 1 inch and sew them together creating your waistband. If you prefer a tighter waist, please size down 2 sizes. If you’re between sizes, always size down. Never size up because these are elastic skirts and will stretch.
